The Screen Printing Process
Screen printing is how we take your awesome design and bring it to life on a shirt (or hoodie, tote, you name it). Great for large quantity orders! Here’s the quick breakdown:
We start with your design. Each color in your design gets its own screen. Think of screens like stencils.
We prep the screens. A special coating gets applied, then your design is “burned” into it so only the artwork area lets ink through.
We add the ink. One color at a time, we push ink through the screen onto your gear. If your design has multiple colors, we layer them perfectly so it all lines up.
We make it permanent. The print is cured (basically baked at a high temp) so the ink bonds to the fabric and lasts wash after wash.
You get the goods. Bold, durable, and custom-made—ready to wear, share, or show off.
